7th October: Positive Boundaries & Adult Safeguarding Principles:
This session equips participants with the knowledge and skills to recognise, respond to, and prevent abuse while promoting safeguarding practices for adults at risk. Identify how to maintain positive boundaries in life, setting clear limits to protect our emotional, mental, and physical well-being. 28th October: Communication, Listening skills and Cancer Awareness
Understand the challenge of communicating effectively and strategies to overcome them. Attendees will explore key principles such as active listening, nonverbal cues, emotional intelligence, and adapting communication styles to different audiences. This session also aims to equip people with the knowledge to feel confident in identifying the signs and symptoms of cancer. 25th November: Unconscious Bias
This session examines how unconscious bias influences decision-making, interactions, and workplace culture in ways we may not even realise. This session will explore the concept of unconscious bias, its impact on professional and personal relationships, and strategies to mitigate its effects.

16th December: Managing Conflict.
The aim of this session is to identify the root cause of conflict. How to effectively communication during a challenging situation, using active listening techniques, “I” statements to express concerns and how we can manage our emotions and apply de-escalation strategies more constructively.
