Come along to Frodsham Community Centre to meet friends and enjoy learning new skills.

~ Elton Memory Café ~

Providing a safe space and supportive place for anyone affected by memory issues, their families and loved ones.

Based within Main Street Community Church, Frodsham, the Memory Cafe runs weekly as a free drop-in session for anyone who is impacted by memory loss or dementia.

At a Death Café people, often strangers, gather to eat cake, drink tea or coffee and discuss death.

We all have mental health. Better mental health is good for everyone and recognising this is good for society.

Entering a warm, safe, place of sanctuary for all, and ‘bumping into’ another activity/event.

Walking is highly beneficial in terms of both physical and mental health, especially in a group.

STAR is a safe space in Frodsham where people can meet who have something in common.

~ Friday Drop-In ~

The Friday Drop-In coffee morning takes place at Helsby Methodist Church, 10.00 to 12.00 every Friday morning, including all bank holidays except Christmas Day.
