About Us

Frodsham Helsby & Elton Together is a community-based partnership that works to support the health and wellbeing of everyone in our area. We support local groups that have identified specific community needs, through help with their start-up and early operations; we network community groups with each other, and the primary health care providers, to better understand health and wellbeing priorities, exchange information, and share knowledge; we are a trusted voice in disseminating information and links to other health and wellbeing services where applicable.
